We do not rent or sell visitor or personal information to third parties.

Information we collect

We strive to collect as little personal data as we need to provide our services. 

We collect information when you visit our site, when you sign up for a class or workshop, when you make a purchase, and subscribe to our mailing lists. The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you make a purchase or sign up for a class or workshop, we require a name, email address, and payment information.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our website

  • Improve, personalize, and expand our website

  • Understand and analyze how you use our website

  • Prepare our classes and workshops so they are adapted to your individual needs

  • Develop new products, services, features, and functionality

  • Communicate with you, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes

Some data we collect from you on our website, including mailing list subscription and registration information, is stored in our contact relationship database (CRM). 

We do not have full credit card numbers available to us, displayable or downloadable.

Credit card information is stored by payment providers including Paypal (https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full), and Stripe (https://stripe.com/en-gb/privacy). 

Unless specific legal requirements dictate otherwise, we will retain information no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected and processed.

We take security measures to protect personal information under our control from loss, misuse, and breach, but like with every website, there are risks associated with uploading your information online.

When you are asked for your personal information, you are sharing that information with Ti Moon alone, unless stated otherwise. 

Log Files

Ti Moon follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information. Cookies and Web Beacons

Ti Moon uses 'cookies' for a limited number of purposes. A “cookie” is a tiny element of data that our site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information. If you are concerned about your privacy and the use of cookie technology you may set your web browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. You may also set your browser to refuse the cookies our site attempts to send you. However, if you choose to reject cookies from Ti Moon, some functions on the website may be limited. This site has disabled the cookies Squarespace Analytics uses.

We use social media and social networking services to share information about our services and engage with clients. These platforms and applications are often provided by third party service providers. Please see their privacy policies for more information, and let us know if you have specific concerns.
