Ti moon’s prenatal yoga (also called pregnancy yoga or antenatal yoga) is a supportive practice that will help you feel powerful and grounded during pregnancy and through childbirth itself. The movements and breathing techniques learned during the class are known for providing relief and energy while alleviating common pains such as back and pelvic girdle pains. Birth partners are welcome to join our birth preparation workshops.

Bond with your baby, strengthen and recover following birth

Whether you only have 10 minutes during baby’s nap or an hour, you will love moving with ti moon. Our classes are designed for you to release tension, refresh, and energise, all in a safe environment. Postnatal/ Parent & Baby Yoga is a gentle and fun practice for parents to share with their newborn, from six weeks to crawling, and then Mini Yogi class from the first steps until about 2 years old.

TI MOON (pronounced tee-moon) is a pun based on the word ti moun, which means children in Guadeloupean Creole, and of course the moon, which in many cultures is associated with feminine energy, maternal care, and affection. The moon’s phases also symbolise a person’s phases of learning, letting go, and growing, reflecting the environment I hope to create at ti moon for both the child and the parents.
